Interim Youth Pastor
Holy Missionary Baptist Church seeking an Interim Youth Pastor.
Preferably a college student on track pursuing ministry training, called by God to serve the body of Christ. Gifted in administration with ethical leadership qualities.
Brief Description
The ability to maintain and teach a deep knowledge of God's Word, sound doctrine with
theological truth to children.
Designing, overseeing, and examining programs, events, and classes. Leading elementary, middle, and high school students to encourage their spiritual growth.
Interacting with students during Sunday worship.
Developing positive relationships with students and their parents.
Responsibilities:
Developing the youth ministry program, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for participants, nurturing positive relationships with members and their families, marketing the program in the community, and providing spiritual guidance and theological education.
Recruit a youth ministry team

• 60-day trial period (can be terminated by either party at any time)
• Contract/self-employed Part time position.
